OUR SERVICES
(CERTIFIED BREASTFEEDING COUNSELOR) CONSULTATION
$125 Our CBC (Certified Breastfeeding Counselor) consultation is a 45-minute personalized call designed to support you on your breastfeeding journey. During this session, you and your counselor will discuss your breastfeeding goals, preferences, and any concerns you may have. Together, we will create a plan that aligns with your desires, ensuring you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the
DAD EXPERIENCE
Our Dad Experience is a unique, hands-on service designed to help partners gain a deeper understanding of pregnancy and labor. Through guided activities, dads will wear a weighted belly to simulate the physical changes of pregnancy and use a controlled contraction device to experience the intensity of labor sensations. This experience builds empathy, strengthens connection, and prepares partners to provide meaningful support during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
NIGHT NURSE SUPPORT PACKAGES
Our night nurse support packages, starting at $50 per hour, are designed to give you the rest you deserve while ensuring your baby is gently cared for through the night. A night nurse provides overnight infant care, including feeding support (breast milk or formula), diaper changes, soothing, and helping to establish healthy sleep routines. This service allows parents to wake up feeling more refreshed and confident, knowing their newborn is in safe, experienced, and nurturing hands.
PREPARE FOR LABOR PACKAGES
Our Prepare for Labor packages are thoughtfully designed to help mothers feel confident, supported, and ready for birth. We guide you through gentle, effective exercises that encourage optimal baby positioning and support your body for labor. In addition, we introduce safe, natural herbal support (as appropriate) to help prepare your body for a smoother birth experience. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge, comfort, and holistic tools to help you approach labor with strength, calm, and confidence.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT DOULA
Our postpartum support doula services are designed to nurture and support you during your transition into motherhood, with packages starting at 20 hours. Whether you need help with light household tasks like laundry, sterilizing baby bottles, and maintaining a calm, organized space, or simply need time to rest and recover, we are here for you. A postpartum doula provides hands-on newborn care, emotional support, feeding guidance, and evidence-based education, while also ensuring the mother feels seen, heard, and cared for. Our goal is to create a peaceful environment where you can heal, bond with your baby, and feel fully supported every step of the way.
